The law firm has always prided itself in providing the best faith legal guidance to our clients as possible, to enable our clients to resolve their legal issues as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. We recognize that there may be an inherent conflict of interest between the client and the client’s own attorney, because what may be in the client’s best interests might not be in the attorney’s own self-interests. We make certain that our clients understand the different options available to them, and then always recommend alternatives which are in our clients’ best interests, not our own.
Each partner chooses to reside in Grand Junction, to practice law and raise our families here, because we love the quality of life provided by the Western Slope of Colorado and eastern Utah. We passionately believe that we must contribute back to the area that has provided such a wonderful quality of life for our families. As a group, the law firm currently supports KAFM Community Radio, the Independent Film Series at the Avalon, Friends of Kulture and Entertainment for the Grand Valley, Mesa County Partners, and the United Way of Mesa County. As can be seen from each partner’s individual bio, we have each contributed back to the community in our own individual ways, as well.
