LUKE A. BRENNAN, L.L.C.
Social Security Disability
Trust & Estate Planning
Worker’s Compensation
Luke Brennan is a third generation native of the Grand Valley. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and was selected to study Near Eastern history and politics at the BYU Center for Near Eastern Studies in Israel. Luke earned his law degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. Because of his ties to the Grand Valley, on both sides of his Family Tree, there was no doubt in Luke’s mind that he would return to the Grand Valley following graduation from law school in 1997.
Luke’s practice includes representation of individuals in three distinct areas of the law. He litigates workers’ compensation disputes, represents individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits, and assists people with their estate planning and probate needs. Luke has been drawn to the areas of Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability from a desire to help people overcome difficulties caused by accidents or serious health issues. And his work in drafting wills and trusts allows him to help individuals plan for the future and to protect their assets and property and their family’s right to those assets and property. He says “whether it’s helping someone overcome the tragedy of a work accident or illness or helping someone else plan for the future there’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of helping my friends and neighbors on a personal level.”
Some of Luke’s most cherished memories include time spent here in the Grand Valley. Whether it’s a memory of riding the tractor on his Grandparents’ Orchard in Clifton or walking along the Colorado River with his other Grandfather, or the little league coaches who spent time teaching him to play baseball, Luke recognizes the influence this community has had on him. That’s why he chose to raise his family here and why he feels so strongly about serving this community. Luke has served on the Board of Directors for the Center for Independence and the Executive Council for the Western Colorado Council – BSA, but he is most passionate about serving the youth of the area directly. He has coached Flag Football, served as a Scoutmaster and continues to enjoy his work as a Mentor Attorney in the GJHS Teen Court Program and as an Attorney Coach for the GJHS Mock Trial Team.
Luke and his wife have a very active young family and enjoy supporting their children in all of their pursuits.
